AutoForgx does not offer refunds on any purchases. By completing a payment, you agree to this policy.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on AutoForgx — including Monthly Subscriptions and Lifetime Memberships — are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed and access is granted, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
2. Why We Have This Policy
AutoForgx provides instant digital access to premium guides, automation templates, community resources, and exclusive content. Because this content is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, it cannot be "returned." Our no-refund policy reflects the nature of digital products.
3. Subscription Cancellations
If you are on a Monthly Subscription, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. However, cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
4. Exceptions
We do not make exceptions to this policy. This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, not using the service, technical issues on your device, or accidental purchases. Please review the plan carefully before completing your purchase.
5. Custom Projects & Requests
Upon approval, custom projects have a standard delivery time of up to 2 months (60 days). Your AutoForgx membership must remain active for the entire duration of this development phase. If your subscription expires, is cancelled, or fails to renew before the project is delivered, your custom project request will be immediately rejected. Under no circumstances will a partial or full refund be initiated for custom projects rejected due to a lapsed subscription.
6. Fraudulent or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a clear duplicate transaction), please contact us immediately at contact.autoforgx@gmail.com with your payment details and we will investigate. This is the only scenario in which a charge dispute may be reviewed.
